How do I know ?
It was me, giving God glory, not realizing that God is NOT the author of chaos; and He does not disclose a business transaction. But, that is a matter of courtesy of another court.
That being said, back to those INDEPENDENT BIRDS of business …
These rare bird owners will proudly share HOW and WHY admire their success in program power. It’s easy; they have a business running without being in the area and getting involved in the day-to-day operations. Wouldn’t you like that as a business owner?
The fact is that these extraordinary owners have organized a SMALL business that was well-known into a world-class business; as it planned for ONE place only until it ran like a GOOD SWISS CLOCK.
Reaching that level of planned performance, they then emerged from deep water, opening up more areas, which added to their success.
Similarly, good systems are a powerful success for Starbucks, McDonalds, Dutch Brothers Coffee, and other large and small businesses with franchises.
To be clear, the goal of running a small business should be one that offers EXCELLENT quality of product and service. Not just to cover multiple businesses.
But, DON’T make a mistake, the only way to achieve GREAT quality with the service is to use a systematic way that manages chaos.
To be fair, delivering quality without system configuration is possible. If the business is always very small – like one or two people – the owner manages all the work by wearing all the hats in the business.
However, if your plan is to grow, there is one proven success – SYSTEMIZE!
