Drs. Jay Azriel, Give sime of Programs and Success Tips at York College, joined FOX43 in Feb. 23 to give a few tips for doing business.
PENNSYLVANIA, USA – Getting started in the business world is hard no matter what the circumstances, but especially if you are trying to make the product your own.
Drs. Jay Azriel, chairman of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at York College, joined FOX43 in Feb. 23 to give a few tips for doing business.
“The epidemic needs more people to stay home,” he said. “Many businesses are closed and need to find other ways to fix it.”
Drs. Azriel also noted that women and a few other entrepreneurs are now a fast-growing part of starting new businesses. Also, for thousands of years now they have owned 12% small and medium-sized businesses.
While these figures are encouraging, they are not all good news for business, according to Drs. Azriel.
According to the Small Business Administration, only a small percentage of those new businesses will live for five years or more.
So, what do you need to get started and succeed over time? Drs. Azriel shared tips.
First, you need the right mindset:
“The mind sees problems as opportunities,” he said. “Having a vision of growing up so that when you make a mistake you learn from the mistake. It’s a way to manage your life.”
Second, examine yourself:
“Look at you,” he said. “What are your goals? If you want to be a billionaire, there are certain types of businesses you can start. But if you want to grow something you love, help people. With business.”
Third, find your niche:
After all, there is no need for the market to be the main reason why the launch failed, according to Dr Azriel. :
“He wants to see if the markets are still growing or mature,” he said.
Fourth, build a social network:
“Who are my friends and family?” he said. “Who are the people I can count on with the knowledge or skills I do not have? Research shows that entrepreneurs with a large social network are more likely to succeed.”
Fifth, use social media wisely.
“Social media is one of the many tools,” he said. “I do not always think it is suitable for every product or all the audience. You have to find the best way to convey the message to your intended audience.”
Finally …
“Business is focused on one thing: building value,” says Drs. Azriel. “Getting into the business and being cheaper than Walmart is not the way to success. It is the way to failure. Come up with a competitive advantage that others can easily repeat. Take a long-term view and offer the highest quality product, product. Consumers want.”
Drs. Azriel also gave final advice.
“Go out and do it. There’s a lot of information,” he said. “There are a lot of non-profit organizations that will give you advice, give you training and training. Choose a person’s mind, find a mentor, and look into it.”

Saving money while creating new memories | Wise money:
At this week’s Money Smart, FOX43 shares some inexpensive ideas for building precious memories.
PENNSYLVANIA, USA – As Valentine’s Day approaches, many of us may feel overwhelmed by the pressures of life.
But, you do not have to spend a lot of money to make an opinion.
At this week’s Money Smart, FOX43 shares some inexpensive ideas for building precious memories. Behavior expert Jacquelyn Youst says that when you are dating for a long time, it is very important to set aside time for each other. He says it is important to focus on a particular experience together, or to recall past memories to keep love alive. Instead of buying the perfect gift, Youst suggests you cook your favorite food together, look at old photos, or your wedding album, and text each other.
“The decision is based on how much you love each other and how long you have been in a relationship,” he said. If you are just dating, Youst says to show restraint. It’s good for your relationship, and it’s good for your wallet. “You don’t want to run away if it’s just a few months,” he said. “But a sweet, beautiful, loving act?” He says that goes a long way.
Make a playlist of favorite songs, a dessert in the car, and an open sunroof, to play a new board game, these are all excellent options. Youst also says that traditionally, when it comes to dating, the invited guest pays.
