Acting with negative attitudes has a detrimental impact, since it generates stress and attention deficit in activities, affecting the training of individuals and their satisfaction at work.
The UNITEC professor shared 8 qualities that allow improving some attitudes, which leads to a positive behavior of people and allow to achieve professional success:

Have a balance between professional and personal life: Being aware that the activity carried out in an organization must also be combined with personal objectives is essential, since the passion that we have in our lives must be similar in our profession. to have the best attitude in the work environment. Finding the exact balance between personal and professional development is a key point to achieving success.
2. Be assertive: Thinking and acting with empathy towards other people allows us to understand others in such a way that, when there is a conflict, we solve it in a better way. We must remember that all professional development involves teamwork, so this point is essential if we want to learn and grow.
3. Have effective communication with the work team. Having a clear and precise communication strategy to correctly express our ideas, knowledge, and feelings can represent an advantage in the professional aspect since it will guarantee us to obtain better results in our work.
